Baltic Bastards

Baltic Porter 6.7%

A dark, rebellious Baltic porter born from a collaboration between Grossen Bart and Mad Macks. It’s smooth, strong, and loaded with roasted malt, dark chocolate, molasses, and a clean lagered finish that hides its power. Expect rich cocoa, toasted rye, subtle smoke, and a hint of dark fruit — bold, balanced, and built for troublemakers with stories better left untold.

Brown Ale with Questionable Decisions

English Brown 6.0%

A customer once asked, "Do you think you can brew a beer with Black Garlic?" Our answer, "Yes, yes we can!" This collaboration beer is a rich and nutty English Brown Ale, with the sweet toffee notes and savory depth of black garlic. Aged for six weeks on American oak spirals and locally made roasted pecans, for a sweet, smokey finish with a hint of vanilla. Hope you enjoy our Brown Ale with Questionable Decisions!

Pale of Deception

Pale Ale 5.5%

A deceptively smooth 5.5% Pale Ale bursting with Simcoe and Mosaic hops. Bright notes of citrus, pine, and tropical fruit lure you in, while a crisp, balanced finish keeps you coming back for another sip. Don’t be fooled by its easy drinkability—this pale packs a flavorful twist worthy of its name.

Dubbel Crossed Cherry

Belgian Dubbel with Black Cherries 6.8%

Our Belgian Dubbel that is packed with all the flavors. Typical plum, raisin, and slight clove. But WAY MORE. Absolutely packed with Black Cherry, to help bring forward all those Belgian flavors we all love.

Helleshly Good

Munich Helles 5.0%

A blend of German malts with a touch of noble hops. With a whole lot of

attitude. Smooth, malt forward, and devilishly easy to drink. It’s the

kind of beer that turns “just one” into “might as well stay awhile”.

Scarlet Storm

Red IPA 6.8%

Scarlet Storm pours a deep ruby red with a sturdy malt backbone and a powerful hop presence. Equinox, Simcoe, and Mosaic combine to deliver waves of citrus, pine, and tropical fruit aromatics, layered over rich caramel malt. The result is a balanced Red IPA where bold hop character meets smooth malt complexity

Stealth Mode

Imperial Oatmeal Stout 7.5%

A bold, silky oatmeal stout built to strike without warning, layering chocolate, roast, and warm oat richness. Its 7.5% ABV stays cleverly concealed behind a smooth, balanced body that drinks far easier than it should. The finish lands clean and confident, leaving a quiet echo of cocoa as it slips back into the shadows

American Light Lager 3.2 %

A crisp, easy‑drinking lager with lemon zest brightness, soft peach/apricot undertones, and a light herbal finish. The malt stays pale and crackery, letting the hops shine. Overall, it’s refreshing, delicate, and subtly expressive.

Girl Dinner

Peanut Butter, Banana Marshmallow Blonde 6.4%

This isn’t your average blonde ale. Built on a unique blend of rye malt and rye oats, Girl Dinner takes a sharp turn from ordinary to unforgettable. If you’ve been eyeing “Fluffr Nuttr” on the board… good news: it’s arrived, and it’s glorious.

We loaded this brew with marshmallow fluff, PB2 peanut butter powder, vanilla, and a pinch of secret spices. What spices? Well, we could tell you… but then we’d have to make you disappear.

Indulgent, playful, and dangerously drinkable—this is dessert in a glass, the Mad Macks way.

Monks Chalice

Belgian Triple 8.3%

(Bronze Winner at Denver International Beer Competition 2025)

Radiant golden Hue crowned with a pillowy white head, inviting you to drink with aromas of honey malt, ripe stone fruit and a whisper of clove. It is deceptively smooth and warming but not harsh.

Cupids Arrow

Kettle Sour with Peaches 4.2 %

Our kettle sour opens with a bright, refreshing acidity that never overwhelms—just enough tartness to make the juicy peach character pop. The fruit comes across as sun‑ripened and vibrant, adding a gentle sweetness that rounds out the edges of the sour base.

Dubbel Troubel

Belgian Dubbel 6.8%

A rich Belgian-style dubbel with layers of dark fruit, caramel, chocolate plum and dried cherries and spice.
