Baltic Bastards
Baltic Porter 6.7%

A dark, rebellious Baltic porter born from a collaboration between Grossen Bart and Mad Macks. It’s smooth, strong, and loaded with roasted malt, dark chocolate, molasses, and a clean lagered finish that hides its power. Expect rich cocoa, toasted rye, subtle smoke, and a hint of dark fruit — bold, balanced, and built for troublemakers with stories better left untold.
​Brown Ale with Questionable Decisions
English Brown 6.0%

A customer once asked, "Do you think you can brew a beer with Black Garlic?" Our answer, "Yes, yes we can!" This collaboration beer is a rich and nutty English Brown Ale, with the sweet toffee notes and savory depth of black garlic. Aged for six weeks on American oak spirals and locally made roasted pecans, for a sweet, smokey finish with a hint of vanilla. Hope you enjoy our Brown Ale with Questionable Decisions!

Hazy IPA 5.2%

A juicy, hazy beer packed with citrus, stone fruit, and tropical flavors. Idaho 7 and Amarillo hops deliver bright notes of orange, tangerine, apricot, and pineapple, while Palisade adds subtle floral and peach character. The experimental NHZ-214 hop enhances the tropical fruit complexity. With a soft, smooth mouthfeel and low bitterness, it offers bold hop flavor in an easy-drinking, highly refreshing package

Our lemonade shandy bursting with sweet citrus, tart lemonade zing,
and a refreshing finish that keeps the chaos coming. Light-bodied and
wildly drinkable, this beer brings sunny-day energy with just the right
balance of lemonade sweetness and easy-drinking beer character.

Still Here is a collective of brewers and breweries who have come together
to curate beers that are off the beaten path. Conceptually, the project
came about out of a genuine passion for beer while showing off the
techniques, ingredients, and styles that us liquid creators are interested in.
This go around we created a French Pilsner. We partnered up with the good
people of Hop France to lucky enough feature Teorem, a hop grown in
Alsace, France. This hop has never been used in American beer—ever
Dubbel Troubel
