We believe that beer and life are better when they are unexpected and shared. Here at Mad Macks Brewing we strive to give back to the community by supporting organizations who challenge the status quo and cause unexpected events in the stories of those in need. No tricks about it, one dollar from every pour of our quarterly trickster beer release goes to a community partner.

Brewed right here on the premisis, Brewer Bob creates each batch with a combination of love and precision. After all, its his name on the product and nothing gets poured without his seal of approval.

German Dunkel 5.1%

Rich malt-forward character, with notes of toasted bread crust, caramel, chocolate and nuts. Clean fermentation with minimal hop aroma.

A bruzer of an Double IPA. With notes of pineapple, orange, mango, with subtle pine in the background. A bit of sweetness on the backend helps smooth this beast out making a 10% beer easy to drink.

Fruitful Sin

A rich Belgian-style Dubbel with layers of dark fruit, caramel and spice. Balanced by a bright burst of real blackberries. The tart berry notes cut through the malt sweetness for a smooth, slightly dry finish. Classic Belgian Dubbel depth meets a bold, modern twist.

Salty B Gose

Barrel aged Gose 5.7%

What started as a 4.5% Gose, turned into a masterpiece. This Lemon Lime Gose was aged in Gin Barrels from Family Jones for 3 months. First smell has you intrigued with notes of the lemon lime. That transitions on the first sip to the fantastic gin botanicals that adds to the balance of the saltiness of the base beer.

Basic Witch

Coffee, Pumpkin Blonde ale 5.6%

A delicious blonde ale gets an upgrade. We added a ton of coffee from Incognita Coffee Roasters, with everyones favorite pumpkin. We also added some delicious spices to emulate pumpkin pie.

Mad Macks is dedicated to minimizing our impact on the Earth. We utilize sustainable practices wherever possible, making the most of our water, ingredient and fuel resources and avoiding the use of non-eco-friendly chemicals and cleaning agents. We recycle at every opportunity – conserving water and fuel – and donate our spent grain to local farmers and ranchers.

As Mad Macks grows in the years to come, we will strive to acquire only the most efficient and sustainable technologies and utilize eco-friendly practices.

Mad Macks Brewing started as a hobby for Kim and Bob Mack in 2011, as a way to connect with their community, and quickly grew in to a passion. Throughout their journey of building Mad Macks Brewing, the relationship connections that have been cultivate have been the most rewarding. We are passionate about producing quality products through in-depth knowledge of the brewing processes and exploration of new flavors combined with traditional styles. We are building a neighborhood taproom that is welcoming to all. Driven by empathy with an understanding of the impact a business can have, Mad Macks Brewing strives to find meaningful ways to support local causes and organizations that are working towards a more just community.
