Pear Anormal Activity
American Blonde with Pear and Ginger 4.5%
A perfect blend of grains, hops, water, and yeast. Added with a perfect blend of juicy pear. Subtle ginger adds a gentle spice and warmth. Keeping this beer refreshing and balanced. Familiar and yet unexpected
Still Here
Belgian Saison 6.4%
A bone‑dry Saison built on Colorado‑grown malt and a custom‑propagated local yeast blend crafted specifically for this release. Extremely pale in appearance yet bursting with expressive yeast character, it hits hard. Brewed with Pilsner malt, raw wheat, malted wheat, and spelt, and hopped with Saaz. Fermented with a 40/40/20 blend of Farmhouse, French, and du Pont strains.
Coconut Dominion
Coconut/Vanilla Porter 5.6%
Smooth, dark, and deceptively easy-drinking. This porter layers classic roasted malt with an indulgent tropical warmth. Rich notes of cocoa and coffee form the backbone, while toasted coconut adds a subtle nutty sweetness and natural vanilla rounds everything out for a soft/creamy finish
Dubbel Crossed Cherry
Belgian Dubbel with Black Cherries 6.8%
Our Belgian Dubbel that is packed with all the flavors. Typical plum, raisin, and slight clove. But WAY MORE. Absolutely packed with Black Cherry, to help bring forward all those Belgian flavors we all love.
Sentinel IPA
West Coast IPA 7.1%
Sentinel stands as a watchtower of bold bitterness, guarding the crisp clarity and resinous intensity of a true West Coast IPA. At 7.1% it delivers a powerful surge of pine, grapefruit with a citrus zest.
The Haze Experiment
Hazy IPA 7.5%
Hazy IPA with notes of apricot, orange, papaya. A slight bitterness hids in the background. delivers a smooth, hopped saturated sip that rewards your tastebuds and says "You deserve this beer"
Nocturnal Theory
Munich Dunkel 5.1%
Our Dunkel loves the beer halls of Munich echoing with laughter while enjoying the twilight of the day. This beer also embraces darke hours without over becoming heavy brooding.
Somewhat Sad Rad Individuals
American Pale Lager 5.0%
Need a pick-me-up? Our pale American Lager is your liquid sunshine. Light and crisp with just the right touch of bitterness to keep things interesting. With delicate notes of corn, flowers, and a whisper of fruit. It is the perfect companion for clearing your mind, whether your mowing the lawn or just soaking up the sun
Girl Dinner
Peanut Butter, Banana Marshmallow Blonde 6.4%
This isn’t your average blonde ale. Built on a unique blend of rye malt and rye oats, Girl Dinner takes a sharp turn from ordinary to unforgettable. If you’ve been eyeing “Fluffr Nuttr” on the board… good news: it’s arrived, and it’s glorious.
We loaded this brew with marshmallow fluff, PB2 peanut butter powder, vanilla, and a pinch of secret spices. What spices? Well, we could tell you… but then we’d have to make you disappear.
Indulgent, playful, and dangerously drinkable—this is dessert in a glass, the Mad Macks way.
Monks Chalice
Belgian Triple 8.3%
(Bronze Winner at Denver International Beer Competition 2025)
Radiant golden Hue crowned with a pillowy white head, inviting you to drink with aromas of honey malt, ripe stone fruit and a whisper of clove. It is deceptively smooth and warming but not harsh.
Kilted Giant
Scottish Wee Heavy 10%
Rich and malty beer that features caramel and toffee. Beautiful deep amber color with a smooth and full mouth complements the higher ABV.
Dubbel Troubel
Belgian Dubbel 6.8%
A rich Belgian-style dubbel with layers of dark fruit, caramel, chocolate plum and dried cherries and spice.
