Sogo Mojito
Gin Barrel aged Seltzer 6.5%
A crisp, refreshing hard seltzer aged in a gin barrel, layering bright botanical notes with vibrant lime and cool mint. The barrel aging adds subtle hints of juniper, citrus, and oak, creating a smooth, cocktail-inspired finish. Light, lively, and endlessly drinkable, it’s a Southern-style mojito experience with a uniquely crafted twist
Ube Colada
Coconut Ube Hard Seltzer 5.2%
Hard seltzer that blends creamy coconut with the subtly sweet, nutty richness of ube. Light, refreshing, and slightly indulgent, it finishes crisp with a smooth tropical twist that feels like a beachside escape in every sip
Basil Instinct
Blonde ale with Basil and Watermelon 4.8%
What happens when summer goes rogue. This refreshing 4.8% blonde ale pairs juicy watermelon with a subtle touch of fresh basil, creating a crisp, clean beer that's bright, balanced, and incredibly easy to drink. Light in body with a refreshing finish, it's the kind of pint that disappears before you know it—trust your instincts and grab another.
Blood Oath Saison
Gin Barrel Aged Saison with Blood Orange 6.5%
Our Gin Barrel-Aged Saison that marries bright blood orange character with the rustic elegance of a traditional farmhouse ale. Aromas of fresh citrus, juniper, and botanical herbs rise from the glass, while notes of blood orange, peppery spice, and subtle floral undertones unfold across the palate. Aging in a gin barrel imparts layers of juniper, coriander, and delicate herbal complexity, complementing the saison's dry, crisp finish. Refreshing yet sophisticated, Blood Oath Saison delivers a unique balance of citrus vibrancy, barrel-aged depth, and farmhouse charm.

Brown Ale with Questionable Decisions
English Brown 6.0%
A customer challenged us to brew a beer with black garlic—and we delivered. This collaboration beer is a rich, nutty English Brown Ale featuring sweet toffee flavors and savory black garlic depth. Aged six weeks on American oak spirals and locally roasted pecans, it finishes with notes of smoke, vanilla, and toasted sweetness.
Dubbel Troubel
Belgian Dubbel 6.8%
A rich Belgian-style dubbel with layers of dark fruit, caramel, chocolate plum and dried cherries and spice.
